Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

Participation in tours and excursions provided by JLO's Hidden Gemz, LLC including its staff and partners, is entirely at the participant’s own risk. By booking or participating in any activity, excursion, or tour offered by JLO's Hidden Gemz, LLC, you and your family or any accompanying guests expressly agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and agree that outdoor activities, excursions, and hidden gem tours may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, accidents, wildlife encounters, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages or death, known or unknown, which may occur as a result of your participation in these activities.
Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, JLO's Hidden Gemz, LLC, its employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind incurred during or as a result of participation in any tour or activity either during the activity or afterwards.
Medical and Personal Insurance: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate health, accident, and/or personal liability insurance coverage before participating in any tour or activity.
Acknowledgment of Agreement: By booking a tour on Instagram or through this website or participating in any activity offered by JLO's Hidden Gemz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to the terms and conditions within this disclaimer which was updated on November 19, 2024. You acknowledge that you are fully aware of the risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for yourself and any adults, minors or guests you have in your party.

Terms and Conditions of Payment

Participation in tours and excursions provided by JLO's Hidden Gemz, LLC and its employees partners and affiliates requires payment upfront for all services. If tour is cancelled within 5 days of the scheduled date, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied. If tour is cancelled 24 hours prior to the day of the tour, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. If tour is cancelled on the day of the tour, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. All cancellations must be done in writing and within these parameters. No exceptions.
